SHIPPING: Our products are shipped to the 48 contiguous United States, only. Shipping costs vary depending upon the three shipping methods indicated for each item listed on our site (UPS Shipping rate, Truck rate and Flat rate). The UPS shipping rate is calculated based upon UPS rates per piece; the Truck rate is for the oversized items that will be shipped through a freight company; and the Flat rate is for specialty items that will be shipped under one flat rate for all items indicating the "Flat" rate as the shipping method. You will be given the opportunity to view the actual shipping costs for your order prior to checking out. As you enter items into your shopping cart or when you have finished shopping, just enter the zip code of the delivery address into the space provided, then click the update button. Remember, to see the actual shipping charge for your order, you should click the update button each time you add an item to your shopping cart.

Most items ship by UPS Ground Service within 24 hours (express delivery is available, please contact us for details). Oversize items are shipped through a freight company and will arrive at your curbside within two to four weeks from the date the order is placed. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule your delivery. We recommend that you have help available to move your item to its final location. PLEASE NOTE: "Curbside Delivery" actually means that the truck driver is only required to pull the product to the end of the truck at your curbside. It is the consignee's responsibility to remove it from the truck and take it to its destination. It is at the discretion of the driver to offer assistance with the unloading, and many drivers will assist you. However, please understand that the truck drivers are not mandated to do so.

CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your FSToys.com order, please send an email to customerservice@fstoys.com or call us at 516-409-8697. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so please act promptly if you wish to cancel. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you receive a product that is not functioning properly, please call our Customer Service Department at 516-409-8697 or email us at customerservice@fstoys.com.. All items are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. We will be happy to assist you with support numbers for replacement parts and customer service.

You may return any item purchased online from FSToys.com as described below. In order to do so, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Customer Service Department (516-409-8697) or email customerservice@fstoys.com). We do not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.
